game paths & cover art....

Hi all

Oky i know there is questions about this but not as clear for me.

All my games are on a external hdd(1tb), in a folder "games" and then each game in its own folder.(+-30).

So how must my game path be set like example:

usb0\games\ and with scand depth of 2

Or must each game have its own path so then there wil be like 30 paths with scan depth 3.

Second is my covers dont download automatically.

Iinternet connection work, i have a ip at the bottom, jqe360 is logged in in fsd successfully, in dashlaunch liveblock and livestrong is disabled and in lunch.ini its true and false

I can do it manually by going to library amd refreshing cover art,it downloads then.

Usb0/games/sc depth 2 was ok

U need to enable automatic cover updates

After that u need to change in dashlaunch setting like this:

liveblock=true (green)

Livesrong=false(red)

Sorry to mention but yes that is enabled, res to high and intervals i had one to the right think 5 min and also set to 0

Had it config like that as well in dashlaunch liveblock was enable and livestrong disabled

Checked the lunch.ini and it was true and false.

Then i tried with both disabled but still only work when i go and refresh game cover,had to do this to each game that ive put on

When art work doesn't download like for xexmenu

How do i get it to download from unity to the xbox

Can seem get it right, when on unity and viewing the cover there is two options, to download to pc or Q to xbox but still cant get it to work.

And when browsing on phone or tablet you cant view covers link updates, that options dont show(for me)

Xexmenu id is CODE9999

I am sure Xex menu was not in your game folder, I think I it was may be placed following path usbmu/content or onboard mu/content or HDD/content find the xex menu and

Set separate path for your xex menu if don't work that, try to increase your scan depth,

Don't try to use filter bcz some apps may be hide

yes xex under my homebrew.

if i remember its under hdd content/0000....../code9999/.xex file

it has its own path set, tried diffrent scan depths but still nothing.

when i choose refresh cover art it saying downloading 3files but 0size,and still missing cover art.

it does this with the mame360, ps1 emu(cant remember name) and the gameboy emu.

all the games downloadcover and can download updates, only tiger woods 14 has a masterst cover and my gta iv has liberty city cover

Goto your current custom dash folder (f3 or aurora)/data/gamedata/find &delete that code9999 folder and again try to download it

for now i've went and put it in manually(after lots of struggle hahaha).

i've downloaded the covers from unity, and added it to. just didn't know where it must go exactly so i just added it to all(cover,full cover,icon,background,banner ect).

Simple Solution:-

 

COVER DOWNLOADING: 

In FSD, go to Settings, Content Settings, and then go to the Cover stuff. Check in there!

 

GAMES:

For the paths, just set to infinite, it'll do the rest!
