Do I need to partition my hard drive?

I have an rgh modded, fat 360.

I've got a spare 2.5" sata hdd and a spare hdd caddy to put it in.

I've fat32 formatted the disk, but do I need to partition it before using it with my 360?

My existing drive seems to show up as "hdd1" and "Games", should I be partitioning the drive so it shows up like this, or will the 360 do it for me?

When you put it in the HDD connector of your Xbox 360 it'll show up as "Unformatted", then you'll have to format it, when you do it'll re-partition the hdd to be the way it should be and format it as xtaf (the way it should be) you'll be missing HDDX tho, so if you need/want to play Xbox games (classic xbox) you'll have to read the guide for that here on the forums)
