Dashboard update

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have updated dashboard to version 16747 and everything went fine, console is updated,... but now I can't access internal memory, because it's "Unformatted". HDD is working fine, w/o any loss of data. The problem is, that I had all my savedata on internal flash. So, is there any way how to restore them?

Thanks

Flashing back the dump you made prior to the update should get you back to a state which lets you extract the data... otherwise you'll have to dump that part of the memory and build a tool to read the filesystem

Well, the problem is that I don't have the dump before update...

I tried to dump it, but I'm not able to dump whole 4 GB.. Simple 360 NAND Flasher, dumped only the system part of 60 MB, and all other like Flash 360,... give me error. So, is there any other way how to dump it?

Not using software only, you'll have to tap in to the hardware using the same method that was used in the beginning when the hack was installed

A tip for the future, and for anyone else using a 4GB corona, or a BB Jasper: don't use the internal memory! this kind of errors can very easily occur :(
