unknown chatting windows popping up on facebook

Hey guyz recently I've been having problems in facebook whenever i log in some unknown users (whom i haven't added to my friends list) chatting windows pop-up wanting to chat me. I dont have a clue who they are so is there a way i can find out who they are like by having their ip or something.. I contacted my ISP..... I have fully activated AVIRA anti-virus and firewall activated.

They are most likely adds meant to look like messages to lure you in to either a dating site or a malicious site. Try the ad blocker pro extension for you browser and see if they still appear.

Yup dating and casino thats what its all about they show they belong to my city... but i have adblocker pro installed on my chrome yet it makes it through so thats why i think they're not ads.. i cant risk talking to them coz they may install something.
