How to disabled the system settings when is selected or do nothing?

You can change dashlaunch to start something when you try to access it from the guide menu...

Add this line to launch.ini

 

Configapp = Hdd:FreeStyledefault.xex

When select System Settings this option return to FSD

 

or 

nosysexit = true

will not exit to NXE
