xebuild error

hi, tried to update my kernel 15574 using xebuild because some games just wont work. but I get an error saying somthing is wrong with the nand.   does someone have any ideas what I could do next? I was reading the nand with flash360.

hm, unable to find console! did everything like u wrote in the toutorial.

also: xebuild update -f 16537 -ip XXX.XXX.X.X

any ideas what I could do next

is the console sitting in Dashlaunch with updserv enabled ?

thanks a lot yes that was the problem. but now I get an other error, posted it under ur tutorial. you told me already to copy the common folder- still the same error.
