Plutey 0 Posted December 25, 2024 Upon starting my 360 I'm informed that there is an update. So Start>About>Download, go through the download process, all of that. XBox restarts and.. Still doesn't update. Binaries: 0.7b r1655 Skin 0.7b r1622 Plugin: ??? My guess is that it is because NOVA still has an update but it is blocked due to XBGuard so.. not sure of a way around this. Unless perhaps I load a different launch.ini briefly, update then restart normally? Or is there an easier way?
jayzak 0 Posted January 5 Hey Plutey, it seems like whatever XBGuard is using it is interfering with Nova. The only workaround I’ve been able to do is boot the console with no plugins and it works that way and you can do system link games with Nova. Good luck. Let me know if I can help. Looking at the way you describe it, you are definitely blocked by your data provider. Have you found a smart solution?
