JQE360 doesn't recognize my new password and won't let me make a new account.

I tried for 2 hours today and I keep getting password not recognized. When I try to make a new account I input my info and nothing happens.

There's a message on the link website advising that all passwords and full names (not user name) have been wiped. As such, you have to use the forgot my password feature to reset your password.
