Hello 

I cannot replicate the problem. Only thing I have seen before was that languages other than English don’t seem to work properly. I haven’t had time to test further - but please confirm which language you’re using, and if possible switch to US English to see if the bug is resolved. 
 

I noticed 2 de 3 so I assume you may not be in English setting.

This is sick! I am working on a similar skin which feels like the native Xbox Experience but the fixed mapping of navigation buttons makes it really hard. The coverflow capturing all controller events when selected makes some navigation literally impossible. I went as deep as to explore auroras scripting with lua but haven't had to time to dive in further. A small doc writing down your experience and hickups on the way would be helpful to others trying to create skins. Awesome work here, keep it up!

hello, just wnated to say thanks for your amazing work! ive spent a lot of time searching for an auror😆a skin that looks more xbox 360-y and not like windows 11 or smthn. i would love it if it had a separate version with the avatar added for the people that need it. hope your work is going well and its gonna update soon!(i cant remove the emojis in between aurora im sorr lmao)

The problem really is the language, it happened to me while I was using Aurora in Brazilian Portuguese. Would there be any way to use this skin in other languages?

Which buttons? They don’t overlay the title. We can make game title field wider, for long titles, but it still will be fixed to a max width.

How difficult would it be to add your profiles avatar in the corner? I've seen some that do that, and they even use their little prop. I'm new to Aurora skins and am still figuring out how to do most of this lol. Thanks in advance!

Working on skin again, I realized the issue with the languages.

 

The default aurora skin set the text fields to 0.5x scale, and had large font sizes (24pt instead of 12pt for example) to appear normal.

When creating the skin, I had un-done the 0.5x scale and decreased the font size in the areas now affected. The translations are specifying font point size based on the original aurora skin. So the 12pt fonts I used are reset to 24pt, and since I removed the 0.5x scalings, the translations cause the large font.

 

It will be a lot of rework to fix those and 0.5x makes fonts jaggier, so we will see.

Alternatively, someone can do a retranslate and use this skin in the tool to generate correct sized translations, but you'll have skin-specific translation and small fonts on other skins..
