jqe room creation doesnt work

Hi

 

i want to create a room and everytime it says You can only create one room per hour, please try back later

although i didnt create any, not on jqe and not on xbox

its Black Ops 2

reason is opening zombies room, its most popular game on LiNK

i dont want to create new account named zombie zo open game and its called zombies game

 

please fix this or make a permanent room named zombies mode or something
