fatal crash cuz of two same game copies?

so i just got aurora and i have always been just on the normal dash using two copies of bo2. reason why i have two copies of bo2 is because one is for zombies which has a " maps>mp>zombies" folder for zombies mod menus. and the other copy is just for basic multiplayer. this was all followed using this tut Mod Menu - [Zombies] How to get mod menu's working on ALL maps. And i noticed launching one bo2 causes a fatal crash. the thing is idk which one is which. launching the first bo2 is fine but the second crashes.
