Skyrim freezing problem(modded)

Hey. I have a problem with my skyrim. I have a few mods, and when im plaing about 10 mins my game temporary freezing. I tried to clear catche and disable saves but it still freezing.My skyrim is on the HDD.

My mods;

-ordinator perks

-marriable serana

-cbbe

-levelrs tower

-Dovahkin relaxes

-Apocalypse spell

-Character creation overhaul

(I also have all dlc)
