i have purchased a rechargeable batteries pack for my controller when i turn on the controller all 4 lights are flashing and it wont sync with the xbox360. if i take the battery out and put back the a regular pack with 2 double A batteries the controller will sync right away. any ideas ?! thank you

my dash version is 3.0b rev735 is it safe to use it ?
