I mostly do a manual update, maybe thats the most people do, and the update functionality doesnt work properly anymore.
Btw i had this issue in the last 2 versions also, but ignored it because a reboot after the freeze showed that dashlaunch was indeed installed. I wonder if this is only my problem, if so maybe this is connected to my network problem.

A litte feedback:
I noticed slowness when clicking start to go to the settings. I hope it can be improved.
-
My dashlaunch settings are correct, still never changed. My original nand also doesnt have proper internet connection.
We also already had the discussion about the local DNS of my location, but that is also not it.
I must try something else. Maybe wifi instead of lan will help, but i guess not.
Therefore i need good debugging tools, xhttp is enabled but how will i know if it had real success enabling?
-
So some modules are referenced (hardcoded) in Aurora, like smb, while others will get scanned from the Plugins directory? Maybe smb is an exceptional case.
-
Yeah, i even noticed slowness on the forums, but i cant download covers or infos from the marketplace.
The console isnt banned but can that lead to this problem?
-
I tried different users and all are working.
Its my whole xbox network connectivity that doesnt work.
-
smb.xex /dll is missing it tells me.
It's a good log viewer. It would be nice too be able to read the log in Aurora itself.
-
Ok, back on the problem again.
i now have set new IP, updated kernel, reinstalled dashlaunch and Aurora completely.
I still have issues. HTTP/FTP works. Network Test on original Nand is also succesful. But also there, i cant login anymore, it tells me i need to login to update, but it always pops up again and again.
The UDP/TCP Port Test and Login to XboxUnity in Aurora fails.
I hoped resetting everything would help, but it's still a really confusing situation.
The Debug Log doesn't really help and i don't now further. I need more Debugging possiblities.

The decision is good. Those were module specific features/options and they are now in the well ordered place where they belong to.

1.) which room is declared as default
2.) will you choose a specific room, and what happens if the room doesnt exist
3.) are there fsd/nova plugin apis for the utility scripts to make ÅŸt happen, or is it more a plugin user setting (for each game)?
-
Thanks for the great work. Its a huge update.
Looking forward to custom Utility scripts, Aurora 0.7 and NOVA.

And what bug is it?
-
Thought the last update probably be the last one. I guess its out there because of the emulator in xbox one. They made some changes.

My Router uses DHCP but it remembers the last used IP and it only looks like its "static", therefore i mentioned its static. And it never had this issue. My Original Nand can use Live Account, logs into, but it still shows the issues. Its since the last update i think.
And when i use DHCP i will have issues on Portforwarding. Tried everything, i dont get it. Any Chances to debug?
-
Static. Yes it checks internet first and then live. It fails at internet, but i think it must not fail at it but it can on live.
I have a tripple nand, live works (the DNS), but since the last update i cant access to anything, i realized that now. It always gives me a statuscode.
-
Still have the problem and have time right now to solve this.
The Xbox internet test shows me that i dont have internet connection. But i still dont get why. Everything else in my network works fine.
The test tells me it could be DNS Problems.
-
What for?
-
I use LAN and its approx 10MB/s
WiFi isnt stable enough and slow
-
I checked everything. I do have network connection, never changed anything.
The unity test says authentication and ports failed.
Cant login anymore.
FTP still works fine.
Dunno what has happened.
-
Since im back from vacation it seems aurora has no connection to unity anymore.
The test fails at unity authentication, cover and assets cant be downloaded anymore.
The xbox does have live or network connection. Ftp is also working fine.
Anyone facing the same problems?

Ä° think you can create this on your own. Maybe there is already something like that

Yeah, and there are reasons for the complaints which you appearently don't see or accept.
Anyway, let us skip this now.

Aurora's SkinDownloader script
in Utility Scripts
Posted
Hosting the Skins on unity or an official hosting of phoenix or a reliable hosting would be better.
SkinDownloader is a good name. FreeMyDisk from what? I would rename it to DeadTURemover or create an all in one cc like cleaner for DB, Cache, Dead Files, Old Files, unused DLC/TU, double Files or something, just as an idea.
Thanks for this
