  1. You need to do these steps:
    1) extract 4 files from Disc 1 and put in internal hdd1 -> Hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\4B4E085E\00000002\

    1. 4B4E085E0F0000A1
    2. 4B4E085E0F0000A2
    3. 4B4E085E0F0000A3
    4. 4B4E085E0F0000A4

    2) extract Disc 2 into raw XeX format, I have no idea why but it seems if in GoD format, you will encountered Fatal Crash.

    I'm using Aurora 0.5b and kernel 17349.

  2. Tons of ppl have found it, you just need more patience :) try again, we've given tons of clues...

    Here's a quick summary:

    1. Make sure you have your Xboxunity account linked

    2. Make sure you are using the default skin (might not work with others)

    3. The way to activate it is by holding a specific button until it launches, this shall be done while a certain part of the settings menu is highlighted (the button isn't used by this part)

    4. It's in the settings menu, not alot of things there makes sense to have the easter egg, so... use common sense, where would someone hide a easter egg in the settings menu?

    Found it, thanks Phoenix Team.

  3. He probably entered the filemanager, pressed Y to bring up the context menu and patched the xex's... that'd cause them to not work anywhere aswell if the patching caused corruption which i believe it does... (it's not good to use on Freeboot, only was needed for XBR back in the early days of JTAG)

If you guys properly read his post you'd see that he listed steps he had taken, and the final step he solved it...

Thanks guys for all of your input & feedback.

Yup as Swizzy said, I listed all the steps I took to troubleshoot the said issues...

Maybe like what Swizzy said, my friend maybe push some patching options or something, which I have no Idea how in Asgard did he managed to do it in the 1st place..

I have mercilessly deleted all my friend's RIP (XeX format) games he had and replaced it with my copy of GoD games.

Till today (7th July 2015) he didn't complaint anything about any issues, the latest Aurora 0.5b really nice, and easy to be used by anyone.

    Thanks again everyone

p/s: Dear Swizzy, I "accidently" launched a game (within Aurora Dashboard) named "XBOX INVADERS" what a nice way to fill a fun free time.  Thanks again.

  4. Guys, sorry to interrupt, but got a friend that "did" something I have no idea what with XeXMENU (he said just pressed the Y button) and all his games became Homebrew & cannot be played.

Tried troubleshooting for weeks, last thing I did for him was:
    1) for extracted games in XeX format: delete the current default.xex and replaced with a working one from other copy - some works, most still not working.
    2) convert or simply delete all extracted XeX format game and use only GoD format games - 99% of games not detected correctly and playable.

    3) replaced FSD with Aurora 0.5b - isues still persist.
    4) delete existing Aurora and paste a fresh ones, and yeah updated his kernel to 17349 - till today, everything is working fine, heck even better than before because now all the games in GoD container format (faster rescan when needed & faster booting).

*for FTP transfer, I just user Windows Explorer to FTP and transfer all the Trainers, and used WinRAR to extract it from xyzmods (when using WinZIP / 7Zip the trainers "missing" from Aurora)

I hope this n00b info could be of assist.

    Thanks.

  5. Hi Swizzy, thanks for all of your supports and efforts in all these developments (too many tools you released) and you gave it FREE to public.. yet to get "TRUST" issues right on your face?

Damn, it's like helping someone who fell down to get up but they said "Hey! Don't touch me but I expect you to help me unconditionally!"

For now I'll stick with 17150 till you said 17349 is stable. And looking forward for your next released tools.

I have no issues but really hope to get to see you guys in person and buy some drinks.

    Thank You.

  6. Hi guys, just wanna share some breakthrough (for me) after 2 weeks of painstaking searching for "LiNK disabled" and "can't access/activate LiNK"
I did all the steps in http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/1252-before-posting-issues-with-f3-v735-update-read-this/ but to no avail.

Finally, after lots of trial and errors, I've finally able to access the LiNK system.
    1) Go to your Xbox Freestyle WebUI and go to System tab, make sure the next stats are "Enabled: Yes"

~example of my System LiNK status

System LiNKEnabled: YesXbox IP: 192.168.1.105Xbox MAC: <omitted>Broadcast port: 3072 Gateway IP: 192.168.1.1Gateway MAC: <omitted>Data port: 3071JQE360 username: <your jqe360 username>JQE360 api key: <automatic added when you linked your console to jqe360.com>

    2) please make sure your Dashboard version is the latest:

     Dashboard: 2.0.16203.0

    3) login to http://link.jqe360.com/ and click on "Refresh Xbox Location", you should see the status as follows:

    Xbox Location : Offline

    4) what I did that solve my issues was to go to the LiNK Account Settings and click the "reset" button for "Reset APIKey" then re-register your Xbox console to jqe360.com

    5) go to your Xbox Console, run any LiNK-enabled game such Call of Duty®: Black Ops II and now press the big glowing middle X button on your gamepad, walla! my "System Link" now enabled and I can now access it.

    6) just to show you the differences, go back to step 3 (login to http://link.jqe360.com/ and click on "Refresh Xbox Location", you should see the status as follows:)

LiNK UPUser counts :: Total: 38560 Online: 78Xbox Location : Main Lobby

I've been scourging the Internet for this LiNK issue for solution, but now I've found my solution. Hope this helps anyone who have similar issue.

    Warmest Regards:
