yup my phone is rooted.if i tethered through the android tether i get fail in data and broadcast port and the test says no UPNP router found

hey guys trying to set up link for a week and i cant port forward.i am trying to play in link via my 4g connection in my phone.can someone help me with this?and another thing link shows my TU as 0 even if i download it from fsd and set it active please help guys
