Could you do me a favour please and try this yourself. Do you have any indie game titles on your RGH?

If so, whereabouts are they? Are they in your Homebrew folder or your XBLA folder? Would you mind trying to delete one through the FSD menu using Y or just tell me what directory it is telling you it is going to delete when you use Y to delete.

That would be very helpful. It must be an Indie Game title though please.

Is this the place to report potential errors with the beta dashboard?

I went to delete an indie game which was in my XBLA folder. Instead of deleting the game it deleted everything in the folder. i.e. every indie game I owned.

When it confirms deletion the path is for the whole of the Hdd1:/Content/0000000000000000/584E07D2/00000002 folder rather than Hdd1:/Content/0000000000000000/584E07D2/00000002/*HERE*

My Xbox360 games folder also got deleted when I deleted a game.

XBLA games seems to be okay to delete though.

Can you investigate please. I have seen others with the same problem. Thanks. 

The covers will automatically download themselves if you have the link to JQE360, and I think the TUs will still be there but not sure on that one. You will need to set up the game paths again though.

Is no section the same as "Other" ? I always wondered where the "Other" files in the game paths actually went as there is no folder for "others" on the dashboard in the library.

Are the game packs unlocked? Try running 360content manager or NXE360 to see if they are unlocked. If not they will need to be unlocked to work.

just the one game, you need to delete them in F3 or they will remain in your database. Just do a fresh install because it sounds like you jacked up your DB.

Well it deleted all the games in the folder so now I am going to have to reinstall all of them again. Is this a bug as it always says it will delete all of the contents in the folder i.e. ooooooooooooooo2 not the game folder inside 0000000000000002. However even though it has deleted all of the games, they still show in the XBLA folder, but now they don't execute.

I did a fresh install using the installer form CD. I opted to delete the previous version but still I can't delete the indie games without a freeze.

Somebody else suggested that I delete the.db files (which I have done) All the data folders, there will be one for each program/game forget there names but they contain artwork and suchlike. Would you recommend this?

well i have tried everything iand i only get the white xbox screen then it freezes...i have ran the hdd fixer..and reinstalled the compatibilty folder in hddx.. i have tried different games.i kinda remember trying to set this up before but differently...as theres a game showing up in the xbox1  game section of fsd that is just named downloader??and when i click to delete it it shows it in hdd1 in a compatiblity folder ,,so i looked and yes theres also a compatibilty folder on hdd1..could this stuff be interfering?

I'm having the same problem. Is this just a compatibility issue with the Xbox game?

I deleted the databases through XEXmenu as I was unable to delete indie titles from my XBLA folder on FS3 latest version. When I rebooted and reinstated the game paths, all the games had the wrong covers for them. All the covers for the games were there but they were named wrong as the games I had deleted, the covers had gone but their names still appeared and this messed up the list I guess. So New Rally X had the cover for Fez for example. If I choose Y and refresh covers they re-appear. Is there a quicker way of fixing this issue without refreshing the covers?

Also, I still can't delete indie games from FS3 as the screen freezes at 0%. I can delete them using 360 content manager or NXE360 but the games are still showing in the XBLA folder even though they have definitely been deleted.

When you go to delete a game it says it will delete everything in the folder 0000000000000002 (where the XBLA and Indie games are). Will it delete EVERYTHING in that folder i.e all of your games or just the 1 game?

I haven't  a clue why the DVD extractor function is not working. All I can suggest is a clean install by re-installing F3 and deleting the old folder.

I am not sure if F3 is a music player. Maybe there is a media player plug in or some homebrew software that can do the job?

Your NXE will probably be in your flash at the root of the drive. That's where mine is. Sfc:dash.exe

Are you trying to copy from a pen drive to your internal hard drive? Try MOVING the files by selecting the file in usb0 (or whatever it is) and pressing LB and X. Alternatively what I do is use a FTP client like FLASHFXP to transfer the files from my PC to internal hard drive.

I am facing few problems with FSD,

1. I am unable to update NXE2GOD cover, tried each and everything, can I download the cover on PC and then transfer it to the XBOX HDD? If yes please tell me can I do that.

2. Unable to install game from DVD to HDD directly from FSD (DVD Extractor is not working), I have to go to NXE and then install the game and then have to use NXE2GOD to patch it.

3. Unable to boot my console to NXE using any button, I have to change the default path then only I can see NXE.

Have you got dashlaunch installed? If so you can configure dashlaunch to boot to NXE by either pressing a button on your control pad or as I do boot to NXE by pressing the power button on your console. The latest Dashlaunch lets you configure the ini. file within the dashlaunch menu. Don't forget to save your .ini file after you make the changes.

Be aware that the user and password might not be the same so check yours in Freestyle 3.

I am having trouble deleting indie games from my XBLA folder. When I select the game using "Y" and then delete F3 crashes at 0% and I have to reboot. I have deleted the game(s) using XM360 and/or 360 content manager but the games are still showing in the XBLA folder. They are definitely deleted though as they no longer appear on the Hard Drive in FTP, 360 content manager or XM360.

I have cleared Cache1 and reinstalled FS3 on numerous occassions but still the same problem. I can delete XBLA games fine using the same method.
