    Does the disc contain a Content folder? if so - It contains XBLA titles and have a XBLA Title Launcher (which is why it crashes as it expects things to be on the disc, not some other directory)

    To deal with that - you just simply copy the Content folder as-is to HDD1, voila, done...

    However, that's not always the case, i would need to see more information about the disc in order to really tell you what to do with it if it doesn't work with that or a NXE install...

    Judging by a quick google search followed by a search on xbox.com i would assume this is the one you've got?: http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Product/The-Serious-Sam-Collection/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d8024d4b07da?cid=search and it essentially says that it is the XBLA titles + DLC on disc... nothing more...

    Now I installed that game in NXE, started and crashed... after converting to GOD => still crash...

    The only thing that has changed in the flash folder was bootanim same file, in which case I have another beckup it on the PC, so I can use this method without problems?

    You can use it with any bootanim.xex but as swizzy say it takes a little bit more time than just flashing the nand

    Yo yo yo chill guys...

    Dude, you can install Xbox Neigborhood and add the Plugin with Dashlaunch.
    Then you can add your console as JTAG to your PC and have access to the flash/nand...

    I deleted my bootanim.xex too but now I have it back without any NAND-Dumps or more.

    In my country its illegal to copy anything but no body do something about you can copy music, movies, games and software and sell it in the door of the police station, even the policy agents buy you music and movies lol

    Hey Guys,

     

    so now I start speaking about it but some games are unplayable if I am signed in with any profile.

    I dunno why it happen, I tried them without contpatch, xblapatch AND/OR licpatch but still crashing.

    Worms crashes, Minecraft crashes (don't crash if I disable every title update but then it wont load my saves because they are made with TU36), ...

     

    Any kind of solution there or is my NAND damages? Maybe wrong settings in dashlaunch?

    In germany you are allowed to make a copy from any disk you want but only
    IF the source was legally owned AND only for private use!

    I had one time trouble with the police because I downloaded via ED2K (pls, don't use this) a game which was broken in my case.

    It took couple months until they were able to verify that I was the legal owner of my game (Hitman 2 Silent Assassin) and everything else...
    So, lucky for me ^^

    There's no point updating dashlaunch before you update the kernel, dashlaunch is installed in your NAND and will be overwritten by the new kernel update... so... you're wasting write cycles of the NAND

    Pfff, that couple of 500 possible cycles ^^

    1: Copy the 3.17 Dashlaunch into your HDD and just start it. It will ask whether update or not :) Old version will be overwritten with the new one
    2: Dashlaunch determine automatically the system language of your xbox. In case of problems, it should use the english language but I'm not sure since I'm german :D

    skin_src is only if you want to theme dashlaunch (useless IMHO)

    Somethimes, a specific media DONT NEED the title update for example: Civilisation Revolution

    Disk Version need TU to 1.30
    Games with Gold Version don't need one!

    Give it a try without TU otherwise, there are other sites where you can get TU, check them out too

    OR

    You can try to load the latest TU anyway... maybe you need to modify some xex about the media id but this shouldn't be so difficult :)
