  2. Hello mates i got this ps3 on playing fifa it freezed and i switched him off and when i turned it back on it asked me to restore which i did and when it rebooted it asked me again and kept on asking so couldn't get to the xmb so i entered the recovery mode and tebuild database and still same do i have to reinstall cfw?

  3. Never had a vita but is there a way to boot like ps3 without loading xmb for maintenance and try rewrite the ofw from USB or micro sd

yeah the last time it turned on i entered the recovery mode i rebuild the database i also reconstructed the files what i didnt do was check for update but now it wont turn any more

  4. More likely what Swizzy touched on with the battery being faulty and the fact could just be coincidence that it failed as the update was done

still negative a took my friends psvita opened it up took the back with the battery put in mine switched on nothing plugged the charger it blinks orange twice took my battery and put in his vita it switched it on and all working so not my battery

  5. Ok. Was this cfw update? If so try redownloading/installing or find a Sony firmware to rewrite that you can put cfw over again?

  6. It could be related to a bad battery, are you having any issues with how it's charging or holding a charge?

    nope

it started after the update i did

someone told me motherboard but dont think so since it usually boot sometimesz when it wants

all was fine until he did the update

Can't find anything Vita specific but that sounds a similar issue with the Phat 300 psp >>> https://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/210794-does-your-psp-ever-just-turn-on-by-itself/ <<<

it does come on alone it started being unstable after an update sometime i will turn it on it wont mayb e after weeks if i try it will turn on and when u put on charge it blinks orange twice then nothing again

  7. There's no such thing as "it's impossible" or "Nothing can be done to fix the problem" it's more of a "It's not practical" or "It's not doable right now"... however, like QuattroGam3r said, if the PSU is the damaged, you can replace it and hope for the best... the PS4 system is very fragile actually, i was in the shop where i used to work today talking to a old coworker that still works there, he showed me a pile of PS4's with broken motherboards caused by bad PSU's... basically, he's not going to fix them because the work required simply isn't worth it, if replacing the PSU isn't enough, you should probably buy a new PS4 and get a UPS... infact, you should connect all your hardware to a UPS (lights don't tend to need this, but things like TV's, computer's, game consoles etc. do need this to stay safe!)

    Thanks

  8. Yeah, if you live in an area of frequent power outages or spikes, you might want to consider a UPS (Universal Power Supply). They can keep your device supplied with stable power so precious equipment isn't damaged.

I installed one in my fathers house when his security camera DVR was getting hit with power dips, went through two Hdd's before I figured out what was happening. Been running without issue now for 2 years. Added benefit, still works when the power goes out.

But like Felida said, your device may already be damaged.

Nothing can be done if its the PSU or what

  9. It's a simple engineering fact, moving parts wear, faster moving parts wear faster. Shortening the life of the fan.

It's the same reason that rubbing your hands together on a cold day will help warm them. Friction is an engineers biggest hurdle.

That's why it's recommended to run your fan using target temps in Dashlaunch, so that your fan only uses the minimum amount of movement required to do the job. When someone creates a solid state cooling fan, the problem will be solved.

What speed should i set it too
