you were already told what to do on the TX forum and sadly you fail to be able to read simple instructions

you will eventually need to update, so if it is going to be a pain in the ass for you to get your cpu key and nanddump(s) i suggest you start working on it now so you will be able to take care of your console in the future

The update for 16202 was so easy it was hard to believe.

Two questions remain:

1) I have lost my avatar, all I have is a pure white outline even though the $Systemupdate was updated apparently as part of the XeBuild process. I tried to update the $Systemupdate and got a message indicating that the console was up-to-date. What did I miss? I did download a 16202.pirs file but it seems, based on the console being up-to-date message, that it is unnecessary.

2) How do I get into DashLaunch to view the options?

you need to put the systemupdate on a usb stick (rename the $systemupdate to $$ystemupdate) and plaug it in while in retail dash and run the update when prompted

you can launch dashlaunch from FSD file explorer or through xexmenu

you will need to use an xbox 360 tool that reads fatx, i doubt Acronis or Norton Ghost would work

XBox360Commander seems to work great, there are a couple more but you would need to choose what works best for you
