It's currently running the retail NAND.

It's a RGH1.2 Falcon EDIT: For some reasons the nand cables are preventing the box from booting at all, I desoldered them and it's not working fine. BTW it's Live safe to speed up the fans my modifying the SMC config on retail?

Console was working fine before I wrote anything to NAND. I edited the smc config of the retail image, and the console red ringed within 15 seconds after I wrone it to NAND. Is the 12v hardmod the only way to speed up fans on retail?
