I have the same problem....it is over 3 minutes to load to FSD 3....debug logs show title updates for most of the time....VERY annoying every time I boot or exit games back to FSD.... PHAT, FSD on internal drive, front USB to 2TB ext HD, lots of games 360+XBLA....
