Greeting everyone.

I need help guys, I have a *Corona RGH xbox 360 E* which play perfectly fine, But I am a bit concerned about the temperature of the console.

I'll include info down below:

CPU target: 82

GPU target: 78

EDRAM: 76

...

Fan speed: 70 

Note: The fan speed is good for me, i don't need to change that only if it absolutely necessary.

Now the question is do these temperature [ considering the very hot weather ] are normal? If no, what do i need to do to make it drop?

Yes, you're quite right, we are free to do whatever we want with Aurora, as we make it

We're not likely to add a background sound to the default skin, neither as a built-in with default sounds or as a possible thing to load and play similar to the custom backgrounds... it's just not adding any value that's making it worth while to do, and those wanting to do this can grab a existing skin with music, hell, if memory serves me right QuattroGam3r have made a modified version of the skin where he only added background sounds, all you need to do is ask someone to add it to the default skin or do it yourself... it's not hard, but will have the effect of not turning off when you turn on a trailer... might be possible to fix, dunno...

Ok, what i think he might mean, atleast this would be my interpretation.. have the option to change it.. like with the bg's.. "Aurora/Music/"? Lol.. there could be better ways.. cant wait for .6 for the scripts.. would be easier to write a script for a feature, lol.. instead of waiting for a whole new release.. ;-)

Well, That exactly what I meant. Anyhow, The "Script" is going to open a lot of opportunity of making aurora much enjoyable.

I know it's possible by using special tools, But I meant if they'd make it build in option with the original aurora skin [like a file inside aurora which can be modified by the user] The method currently used is not accurate. For example: When a trailer is on, The sound will merge with the background music resulting inappropriate tunes. Anyway, This is only a suggestion, They're free to do as they wish, Thank you.

Yes and no. There is no option in Aurora. There is the way you don't want to hear, or editing the skin itself. Editing the skin requires xuitool found in the XDK. I have done this before for another member here and it's actually really easy.

 

edit: Actually, all I did for the other member was to add sound to the skin he wanted to use. This made him happy because it only required him to unpack the skin, then replace the music file (wav) with his and finally repack it. Much easier than having to track down/install/use the XDK.

 

As an example... Here I have modified the default Aurora skin by adding a looped ambient sound. You can use this skin as is or unpack it using XZPtool2 and replace the Aurora.wav (in the Sounds folder) with a wav of your choice (make sure it's named Aurora.wav) then repack it and enjoy. The sound file is from here... https://www.freesound.org/people/frankum/sounds/338255/ Credit to felida as I believe he was the first to add sounds to Aurora skins.

Can i  Add a Sound to Aurora, Like when i launch it and it plays music of my choice. [The same way multiMAN for playstation 3 work, You have to replace the SOUND.BIN of your choice]. PLEASE don't tell me to change the ORIGINAL Aurora Theme with one that contains a sound. I just want this option on the original aurora theme if Available.

You need to add one entry for each port, service port and internal port should be set to the same value...

you could always get your bought game, connect to XBL, and get it yourself?? OR you can get the default.xex and swap yours out, to make it to the other media ID ;-)

To get around take down crap even if it ain't copyrighted from MEGA i provide the link but instead of giving link with the key included, i give the key separate,the reason is the take downs are done by some auto scripting crap that searches for strings,without the key showing in a link it will ignore it,so far it's worked as i had a take down last month to some 360 software for pc & console stuff like xm360,xbox image browser etc,that i posted in some thread here at RMS.If your providing a key in a full link remove it & paste it separately you might have better luck.That said i'm downloading all 3 as i type,if anyone wants them i can provide if necessary

You're Right Mate, What bug me is I uploaded A game on Mediafire, a friend on a thread been asking for it, God Knows How much has been taken for it to be on Mediafire ( Very bad Upload speed ), And then after 5-7 minutes, I found out that it had been deleted, What a Waste of time, Next time I'll use Another Host and provide the key alone as you said.

Mega is better as they don't limit max downloads, dropbox have a upper limit of how much traffic your account may generate in a month, once you get past that they'll disable your links until the end of the month, if that happens too often they'll kick you out
