xbox 360 is usb2.0, you'll not get the full benefits from a usb3.0 drive.

 

 

XBOX 360 slim (back ports have dedicated system bus), front usb have shared - so for better performance, use back

i had some minor problems after moving Disc 2 to my external drive... what i would like to know is, are you running Disc 2 from a 2.0 or 3.0 usb-drive?

I think (I am not sure) its 3.0

I will tell you this: its 500GB and the usb have 3 conntections: 1 is for the Hard drive and the other 2 it for the xbox (I have to connect them both)

I got pass on everyting in the check

And when I enter a game (like COD) the system link is blocked (the option)

I dont know why but I wanted to play GTA episodes from LC and when I chone one of the stories (they both have that problem)

I played like 3 minutes and it started to freeze every minute for a long time and then it passed but after anoter minute freeze again.

It happens also in GTA IV

It turned quiet when the Freestyle dash logo showed up right?If that happened you also need to change the fan speed inside Freestyle Dash, it's on Settings.

You changed the fan speed, get used to it. Because it's noisy. Don't worry.

How come its quiet now?

I changed the target temp and when i reboot it the xbox started to do crazy noize like a hair blower what did I do?

It's summer, the temperatures are high, and you should put the fan speed at 100%, it's noisy, really noisy, but you won't get temperatures that high

I dont want to mess with the X fan speed so I wont brake someting....

If you say its summer I prefer to wait for the winter

And what I did its okay? I went to dashlunch->systeminfo and changed the Temp'

if you recently updated your kernel and had dashlaunch temp set, you'll need to set it again.. if you didn't, set a dashlaunch temp (mine is 65/60/60)

How do you set it?

Can it affect on games? (bad graphics etc)

I have kernel 16203 and dashlunch 3.07

Edit: I changed CPU TARGET TEMP to 65

GPU Target temp to 65

EDRAM TARGET TEMP to 65

it didn't delete the retail game

it deleted the game save file

and every time I enter disc 2 the game crashes again and i had to start over so it dont crash again

I was in a middle of a mission when suddenly the game crashed and when I restart it the game was deleted!

it didn't say file courpted or something

doesnt work.....

there is 2 elf files

1 is entering to the xmplayer and then a window pops up says ''files not found'' and entering me to XELL someting (blue screen with loading)

second is in the debug folder called xmplayer.elf and when I choose it the dash lunch freeze and nothing....

Did you try to connect to another room? maybe refresh the game?

tried to do a 16203 official system update on top of your 16203 dashboard?
