I could fix it, but i dont see rooms in games yet. It all says: PASS

It also says fail. I tried that. Is the devlink important?...I can't see other players in system link

The first day after i got my rgh installed, i wrote the line: Devlink = true (explained in every tutorial). When i made the TEST everything was working. But now when i make the test it says FAIL. This is my Launch.ini:
