hey guys, I have added a friend within link. But i can't write messages, start chat with him or message him? The friend and message field is still grey. Any suggsestions?

Hey... I have the same problem... Evertime i join a game "Fatal Error" and the xbox restarts. How can i fix this? How can i perform an avatar update? I have bought this xbox from store incl. jtag.
