That's wierd.. When I had the boot problem I deleted everything that is connected with FSD and Dashlaunch. So I would suggest that you delete all of your FSD folders, uninstall Dashlaunch, then boot your console in the normal Dashboard and via XexMenu install everything from scratch. ( Just copy the FSD folder and the Dashlaunch folder to the root of your HDD and set the paths again. )
-
Just open the Paths section, then select the "Default" tab and point it to your FSD folder then select the default.xex file that's in that folder.P.S. Sorry I couldn't respond your PM - Tapatalk has been acting strange these days LOL
-
You need to place them in the Cache folder on your memory unit.
-
Set the path to the new FSD in Dashlaunch
-
If you do, you've got yourself a really nice buisness there.
-
Don't think so but when you do it should boot straight into FSD.Edit: I also had the "boot" problem. I solved that by doing a fresh install of Dashlaunch and FSD. Haven't had a problem since.

Looks sick!

Did you set the path to FSD?
-
Just open Dashlaunch and you can set your paths in it, you have an option to do so.
-
The easiest way to update your Dashlaunch would be to download the latest version with the .xex file in it and copy it to the root of your HDD, then run it and set your paths. You can run the .xex file with XexMenu.

Do friends really care when your Pig ate your Chicken on Farmville or any other dumbass game in that category? No. But they ignore it anyway, I mean yeah it could be annoying but luckily Facebook has privacy options and you can restrict what you don't want to see. Plus, it's a really good idea

Interesting idea.

The Forza 4 disc 2 is a DLC disc. You need to extract the ISO and take out the DLC, then place it in the correct folder.

Or a really rich guy

That's a shame

Yes it is. You have a great tutorial on how to install the Avatar/Kinect data in the Tutorials section so take a look.
-
You need to install the Avatar/Kinect data that matches your kernel version.
-
Could be a HDD problem. Try running a game through Metro dashboard or XexMenu and see if it still lags. If it lags in Metro it may be that the HDD is acting wierd :unsure:P.S. You can always go back to the previous version if it helps.

You don't donate for peoole to "follow" you, you do it to help the good people that have brought us a free online multiplayer experience and paid for it out of their own pockets.

Maybe your HDMI input got damaged somehow? Have you tried another cable? It may be a silly suggestion but you could try to blow really hard in the HDMI input :lol:If that doesn't help there are other ways to play via HDMI and still have sound
-
This forum and you guys are really awesome with what you do so yeah, I would like to donate too. Do you accept Paypal?

Well, i did mine in Metro dash. But if the update version matches your kernel version I don't see any harm doing it via XexMenu. But just to be sure, make a NAND backup & copy your CPU and DVD key, you know just in case if something went wrong, even though I don't think it will
-
But there is still one minor problem that persists...after updating my kernel, I dont have any sound output through my HDMI port...the video is there but no sound...however when I connect through my component cable, the sound is fine...can anyone throw some light on this issue..I have tried changing my audio setting to digital stereo, dolby digital etc but doesnt seem to work
Maybe you have a faulty HDMI cable?
help with update for dashlaunch

Well, usually the FSD and Dashlaunch folders are located on the root of your HDD. If you're not sure on what is what you could open XexMenu and open all the default.xex files that are located on the root of your HDD or you could take a screenshot and post it here.
