Sorry for the newbie question, but how can i delete FSD, if it freezes at the startup screen and i can't do anything?

Hi. I have encountered a problem with FSD 3.04 today. As i was starting my Xbox360, it froze on the Freestyle 3 welcome screen(left down corner - Welcome to F3...). It doesn't react to any of my actions, the only thing i can do is turn it off... Please help!
