Hello All,
Let me start by saying I have never successfully used system link.
I have the 775 version of F3. I have 16747 dash with 3.12 dashlaunch.
I have correctly configured dashlaunch and my router, and all of the tests for link PASS.
I have tried to play two games: Red Dead Redemption (the one I REALLY want to play) and CoD, Black Ops II (used for troubleshooting)
RDR, I confirmed that I have TU8, and the systemlink menu says I have such. When I enter a room, and then go into system link, right after the game loads free roam it will crash back to the F3 dash.
With CoD, I go through all of the same motions, made sure I had TU11, go into a room, choose systemlink, everything I'm supposed to do...the only difference here is that, instead of it crashing out to F3 dash, it will just freeze up my xbox until I manually reboot it.
What in the world am I doing wrong? I really thought I did all my homework, got all the info on my own and covered all my bases. According to what I've been reading, I've done everything right and this should be working. I really need help to see what I missed here. I legitimately find myself wishing it were possible to wrap my hands around link's throat and start choking it until it treated me with respect.
