You need to user XUITool, it's also named "Xbox UI Authoring Tool"

The files you want to edit are the xur files inside of the xzp

Hello , would like a explanation of skin editing , because I did not find any materials to give a horizon with respect to editing , no tutorial, videos or anything, only the posts here forum . Well I have already installed visual studio 2010, xdk360 , the xuiworkshop , xzptool and other tools however still could not find me what actually program should I use to edit the skin in xdk I even opened the .xur however things are a bit confusing. I have some knowledge of Flash and programming in .NET , however nothing has helped me . Could someone point me to a path ? I appreciate any help .

You put it here:

Aurora/Media/Scripts/UserFilters/ with whatever name you want to give it with the extension ".lua" so, something like: "musicgames.lua"

You might also want to change the first section of it (GameListFilterCategories.User["music"]) to something like: GameListFilterCategories.User["Music Games"]

This script is for manage path right ? there i go to quick views builder and create one with this filter and not xbox 360 thats right ?

got a problem with the xbox completely freezing when I login to Xlink Kai though .. possibly a 3.0b bug because it works on 2.2.

also .. can we edit the splash screen somehow ? .. from a quick look I couldn't find the image.

I have the same problem freezing when I login to xlink, so can play on kai to the pc engine ???
