Thanks for trying to help Anonymous ... but i give up when i try and update is just says "Requesting update information"

that's the first thing i did but it does nothing no updates nada...... i'm connected to the router thru ethernet cable

hello all noob here my son has a slim jtag xbox and we are trying to update from 2.2 to 3.0 i've read alot on the forums but cant seem to figure out where to start... i attached 2 pics of the xbox and my ftp info any help would be greatly appreciated
