    i think my kernel is ok i got have 16202 or something along those lines i can play GTAV , my kinect sensor is fine.

    New games require new assets supplied by the dashboard, current kernel is 16537, without the updated assets your Xbox will start acting weird.  Be sure you understand what you are doing thoroughly before updating as updating incorrectly could brick your Xbox.  I wrote a tutorial a while back that explains many of the reasons why it is important to keep your console up to date.  here is the link: http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/349-update-your-rghjtag-with-xebuild-gui-and-nand-flasher-for-xbox-360/ The tutorial is out of date, so don't use that to update your box, but the info contained in the article is important for understanding how your RGH works.

    I vaguely remember dealing with this before, try this: 

    open your tray and then, without turning your console off first, unplug your console.  Then, push your tray halfway in and plug in your console.  Power your console on.  When you do this it will suck your tray back in which I believe should fix the problem.  Then again, I'm going off of a memory of something I tried for a customer about 2 years ago so it might not help at all!  If that doesn't work, maybe try it with the tray fully ejected when you plug it back in.  Good luck!

    It was not fake, I played with it myself. It did not allow you to run unsighned xbox code, only flash files (.swf)

    Only flash eh?  That's a shame, when I first saw it I thought it was going to be this big revolution in the mod scene and then it fizzled out and you never heard about it after that.  If it only plays flash then its no wonder I suppose.

    I actually recall a small bit of news about a guy named PSDev running homebrew through his DVD tray, but it has been a while and I don't know that it is being actively pursued.  Here is a link to the story: http://www.dashhacks.com/xbox-360/hacks/psdev-goes-360-gets-homebrew-running-with-ixtreme-flashed-boxes.html There are links from that page going to PSDevs twitter account showing some screen shots.  Could be a fake, but its an interesting idea!

    I use a program called fatxplorer, you have to buy a licence for it, but after dealing with the frustration caused by other programs I find it well worth the money.  Be sure your external drive is formatted to fat32 otherwise your xbox won't be able to read it inside of freestyle dash.  Your microsoft dash will not be able to read fat32 at all,  The 32 gb sounds like you have formatted it inside of the microsoft dashboard which uses a format called fatx, this is the max that your Xbox will natively allow you to format. By using a feature in fatxplorer you can increase the amount of fatx memory that your Xbox 360 can read from a usb drive.  This will allow you to use any size usb drive in your microsoft dash.

    Man, I can't tell you how many teenagers come to me asking me to mod their box so that they can go and cheat at CoD.  I tell them it can't be done and send them packing.  I hate cheaters, even cheating in single player games only cheapens the experience for you.  Makes you overpowered and shortens the game, the whole point is the struggle to achieve victory, without that struggle the accomplishment of winning the game or beating your friends is pointless.  That being said I do enjoy mods that change the game in an interesting way that deepens the experience with greater variety.  Hell, DotA all stars was born from creative modding! However, those sorts of mods are few and far between.
