 I install Aurora trainers to my xbox360 HDD1/Aurora 0.6/Trainers but they don't show up in the GUI of Aurora. Do I need to path the trainers folder like the games are path or do I need to enable a script? About 98% of my games were ripped through FSD and are NOT in GOD format on a 2TB external drive. I have tried toggling on and off updates. I'm on Aurora 0.7b dash 17526.

(Aurora 0.6 folder is the name of the folder only NOT the actual FW ver)

I tried making my own probe and used a toggle switch to power on and off the drive(followed a video tut). The drive was showing up in jungle flasher but would not come back after the first power off cycle. I tried a few times got the same result then the drive didn't power on anymore.

 No I haven't tried to reflash, I don't think I can. The PC doesn't detect the drive anymore. The drive doesn't seem to power on (no noise or eject). When I refresh jungle flasher the drive does not appear, that's why I am thinking it died.

 So I was trying to flash my phat xbox36o dvd drive and now it has stopped working. I'm guessing its dead. Xbox still boots but can't boot to xell without the eject. Having only the dvd key, is it possible to get a replacement or would the .bin files be needed? I'm confused with this.  I don't have a backup of the FW/CFW from when the drive was originally flashed. The drive was/is DG-16D2S Philips lite on.

Sorry didn't mention, I get an E64 error when the drive is plugged in. But when it isn't plugged in, it boots Aurora.

If you have ff13 extracted, you can copy contents from disc 2 and 3, into disc 1's folder.. keep disc 1 default.xex, and run it that way.. no need for multiple discs, saving you Gb's of space..

Would this work for most multi-disc games?

It depends on the game if it matters, most games it won't make a difference (the ones where the story/game continues on the next disc... but games that have multiplayer on the second disc it does matter

 My question is about multi-disc games. How do I distinguish the 2nd, 3rd...etc.. discs(Dead Space 2/L.A. Noir/FFXIII) when it comes to hiding the other discs. Is there a database to find the media for multi discs(like unity)? I install discs through the extra function(Aurora/FSD3) not via GOD. I know iso2god lets you rename discs before converting them, The extract feature also let's you rename before extracting but is there a better way to install multi-disc games? I get a smaller game extract so that's why I use that method instead. Or does it not really matter what disc number I use to launch the game?

If your games are running, you didnt need to rebuild a new Image. Your Video Region of your 360 is ntsc ?

 Yes, I am NTSC. I only rebuilt the image so that it could have the correct DVD region. I didn't select anything for game region.

Viciarus 360 is jtaged.

Load your Image into xebuild gui and Check your adjusted Region. Probably the Region was modified.

My friend brought me his JTAG/16747/Aurora 0.5b/US ver because he can't play dvd's. He gets the error code (listed in title). I installed the optional media update and the xbox1 compatibility to see if that would help and nothing, it really doesn't play the DVD movies(just opened tango and cash).  I went into dash launch and toggled the spoofing option and still nothing(Hold RB when launching disc). He said he had the DVD drive flashed a while back so I'm not sure what FW ver it has. Could the DVD FW be the issue? It reads game discs. Was I suppose to run the (optional media update and the xbox1 compatibility) through yaris? Has anyone had this issue?

I told my friend to just stream content from PC to 360 because not many use DVD's anymore but he swears by dvd's and LP's.. 

You do realize some of these issues are because of the extreme load on the servers lately. Also, why would you update dashlaunch, and not update the kernel? You are like a year behind on the kernel updates, and the latest version of dashlaunch is 3.18.1 I would do my kernel updates also, just because it is nice to have stuff up to date.

Was trying a few things to see if they would work(dash launch 3.18) after updating aurora. Aurora didn't get covers or synopsis like it has in the past after a fresh install. The system that I have I can't dump the nand for some weird reason(using flash360). Maybe its because it has the ace v2 chip and not a CR4 like I have in my other system which dumps it with no issue, can't really say how and why haven't fully looked into it.

Even when I typed my API key in manually, it still won't let me download covers or title updates. I made my account yesterday(since the system came with a Unity account, but I made my own), and it's fully activated.....

I am having the same issue but only after I updated Aurora to 0.6b. I was able to get covers 1-2 days ago. As wolfpacleader1986 second pic shows, I am also getting the verification fails through wi-fi connection. If I hardwire the system I am able to pass the Unity authentication but still fail the data port reachable and broadcast data reachable. I am able to get the game synopsis.  Will try to explain as good as possible. In "aurora" the "Y" button displays the game detail and synopsis. Is there a setting that will leave the game details on instead of displaying aurora home display making game details the default home screen?

Shame the emulator front end never saw the light of day.

It would be nice to be able to try and play games not on the official list with alternative profiles in an easy to pick way.

Aparantly the dev kit emulator profiles were leaked and were ment fir the devs trusted friends only and he was not happy about it and never released the front end.

That's a shame, I still play my Xbox and my 360 over the new XB1 and the PS4. I would like to see development of utilities/tools for the 360 even this late stage for the 360.

Not sure if there is one for the custom XB1 emulator. If you google search you can find a list of supported games for xbox360 and those same games should work on your system. Any games not on that list, just try and see if they work. For me, Kung Fu Chaos and Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO didn't work

It should work, you replace files of the partition 2 of your HDD where the XB1(original xbox) files are. When you install Aurora it doesn't affect where the XB1 files are. Aurora has it own file transfer menu that you can use to transfer over files like FSD2 has. You could also reinstall FSD3 follow the tutorial and that should also work. Then when you are in Aurora just launch your XB1 game and if its supported(not all work) it will play.

Do a search in the tutorial section of the site and you'll find real good content for many options available for your system. In that section look for Fourms/Xbox/Tutorial then "How to play Xbox1 (Classic Xbox) games on your JTAG/RGH." Follow that and you should be good.
