  1. Yet, you "LIked" my post

Okey then, enough of the C*ckeyness.

Is it possible that you have it uploaded the homebrew game/app twice, stored it in difference folders, or your FSD3 is sharing the same folder as FSD2 therefore sharing the same data?

Have you tried the "Clear Data" option, if not, have you tried deleting FSD3 from your hard drive and do a fresh install?

Your right, its beta but you seem to be the only one to have reported this issue, the only issue I have is that my covers do not download, but such is life

    B)

  2. yeah......maybe you deleted in file.... manager and not via the .... Freestyle Dashboard...... If your going to delete a game..... and you also want it ..... removed from the database .... you need to do it through the ..... freestyle dashboard.....

This is.... not a ... fault.... with FSD... this .... is your ... error.....

When I scan, my scanning status bar shows only for 2 seconds when I've something to add, my first scan took about 10 minutes. FSD3 is an improved version of FSD2, maybe scanning goes alot faster, ever considered that?

If your games are in the games library, maybe it really scanned.

  3. If you want to manually upload a TU

it needs to either go into...

    Hdd1/Cache or

    Hdd1/Content/0000000000000000/415608C3/000B0000/

I'm not sure what COD uses, if it uses 000B0000 or Cache.

Once uploaded, F3 or FSD should pick the title update automatically, should be listed, if its not there, try restarting the xbox, or try uploading the TU without changing the Media ID.

  4. XBOX Boot up would be quicker with kinect disconnected, only connect it when you need it.

You do not have to pull the cable all the way out, just enough so it sticks in place and push it in when you need it.

Other than that, if you can't disconnect it, then learn to live with it :p

  5. Personally, I used to use FTP to transfer big content with Filezilla, now I use it only for smaller stuff, if you have a big external usb hard drive or a usb stick, you might find it quicker to copy the stuff from PC to XBOX via the USB Pen/HDD.

Other than that, try changing your settings in filezilla from automatic to active or passive, see if it helps.

  6. If your xbox is storing on the internal, Have you got the external hard drive formatted for xbox 360, say 16 or 32gb if so, just press Y and transfer content over fromt he IntMU to the USB0.

Also, try renaming your storage devices, "Storage 1" for the USB hard drive, "Storage 2" for the intmu, see if games picks up the first one for default storage.

I have intmu on my xbox, I use it only for profiles, save games, avatar items, themes and gamepics. The main hard drive, only for games.

  7. Distance wouldn't really matter, your line sucks. Your line can't handle the demand. You may be on 1mbit, but are you getting 1mbit from your provider, your line could be "up to 1mbit" meaning you speed could be much less. Check your router status and you should be able to see what speed your actually getting or do a speedtest.

The only time I get lag is when somebody in my room is from Australia and someone from the states at the same time.

  8. I agree with ngarrett111, you need at least 2mbit to play online and steam videos without any lag, not to host. To host you'd need a good 10mbit or above with a good 1mbit upload speed.

Upload speed in the UK and Ireland is normally 20% of download, so if your upload is only 256kb, you're going to get alot of broken connections if you get more than 4 people in your game.
