Can you reflash the nand. If not, get somebody who can do it for you, preferably the person that JTAGed/RGH'ed your console.

OIther than that, not alot can be done here. Try different cables (SVIDEO,HDMI, COMPONENT).

Did you use a system update higher than your kernal?

Was your console connected to the internet when you disabled noupdate?

You may be able to reflash the nand, doubt it tho. You most likely killed it if you've used a newer systemupdate.

Also, not an FSD issue.

Fat32, if you continue to get data transfer failed it could be a corrupt file. Try using something else to copy the files.

Format the 2tb via the xbox, I dont think windows will allow a fat32 format that size.

If the game could not start, its a problem with the game. Its not FSD.

The last time I got this problem is when I tried to run a game on an older dashboard that was not supported.

Can you give me details.

What kernal version are you using?

What game are you trying to play?

If its a retail game, have you converted the game to Game on Demand or you trying to play a game from a folder. (Ie. Hdd1/Games/Game/default.xex)

I have the same problem.

I tried FTP, xexloader and FSD.

After the operation failed, the internal HDD just gone!

If I try refresh, Xbox will notice something like this "Your system has error, reboot"

After press A, I Get a red light on controller 4.

I've downloaded the same game but from another source, same problem.

I will try move another game today.

Sounds like the hard drive is not operating at full, make sure its plugged in right, if your using a custom hard drive, make sure its all wired right.

Try the hard drive in another console. If your getting operation failed then the hard drive disappears.. you know the fault

Could be your TV. You pressed down the right numstick to show it?

If it doesnt show, goto Settings > System Settings > Overscan > and change Vertical, make it 15-20px to see if that shows the status bar

try a deeper scan depth and when you press, is the status bar showing that it is scanning?

if you have a friend you can try it on, try it

Could be your title updates too,

You need your CPU Key or make a updflash.bin file and use jrunner to make a safe update via the xell, then use the same update (official) to get your avatars/kinect support

To change your password, sometimes these glitches happen, sign out, click forgot password and you'll be sent a reset link

As disk space is limited, it's easier to manage the games/datas when they are stored in your own way.

And (feel free to correct me) the scan only aim for the "default.xex" - that you should find easily ?

Then I don't have to wait for endless scan throught (!10!) repertories levels.

I can use a specific drive for kinect games but there's not that much games.

And to get the covers I shoudn't change their rep names.

So thanks to Irishdave, , by now, I made a specific rep "0Kinect".

And pointed that one on F3 settings with an unused category ("xbox classic") and depth set to 1.

I will set that depth to 2 if it happens to have multi-disk on kinect too.

So I have the kinect games coverflow under the xbox v1 icon.

I am not sufficiently informed/trained to make the suitable icon and send it to skin devs.

Indeed I may send proposal to Ayr's Illume (wich is very customizable) - if I can contact him.

What you could try is rename homebrew or emulators to "Kinect" and have a folder on your hdd for kinect games (HDD1/Games/Kinect/), in the scan folders settings, set it to scan that folder and choose Emulators/Homebrew instead of default/xbox360 games. if you rename emulators to kinect it will be emulators in the scan (this wont be renamed). I personally renamed homebrew to "Indie Games" :-)

That might be your only option, Never tried, not sure if this would work this but worth a try. If you try it, let me know. I'm sure others would consider this.

As for your disk space, get a bigger 2.5" Sata HDD from ebay in the new year, you can get 640gb for £40 or 1000gb for £60-70

I havn't played many xbox 1 games but all mine did apart from 2, Dino Crisis 3 and Midtown Madness 3

I always use exiso to convert, could this be the problem? i am dl a different verion of the game, if i run into problems again i will try ur suggestion, cheers.

The version of the game should not matter, I assume your console it set to region free anyway?

Just run it through X360GameHack, should fix it if your going to use GoD.

then, thats a fault with the game, and not an issue with FSD, Sorry.

All I can tell you to try is to look out for a title update for it or just delete the game.

Did you convert the game to GoD? if so, don't use the GoD version.

If your not using GoD, try running a program called X360GameHack, and scan your RDR folder so it can remove any bugs (ie. anti piracy, not faults). After that, the GoD version should be ok.

Have you tried the ports 1000 and 1001 on LiNK?

This is what I had to change mine too and its what others may be on too (shouldn't affect it) tho not many of us are using the PC as the middle man between xbox and router lol.

Not sure if i understand this correctly but it sounds like you want to use your PC as a router for your xbox? If thats what your trying to do then if your PC has wireless internet then for windows 7 follow this...

Connect ethernet cable to xbox 360 and then into your PC then... Start > control panel > network and internet > network and sharing center > (on the right) change adapter settings > highlight your wireless network AND your xbox 360 then right click and select bridge. Your xbox 360 will then connect to your network via your PC.

The data is corrupt on the Hard Drive, well one of the files is corrupt at least and that stops the whole copy process.

Tho your Micro SD card could be dying too, those things die quicker after heavy usage, using it to copy games to and from a console would be considered as heavy usage.

You could

1) Try using FTP to copy/move stuff from 1 folder to another

2) xexloader to copy/move from 1 folder to another

3) try just using a normal USB pen

or

4) USB Hard Drive (This is what I use).

it may be easier to directly connect the xbox to the router, why have you got it via PC.

What system are you using, Windows 7, etc... you need to tell everything so someone can try figure it out if they can.

Have you other anti virus/firewalls installed, MS Security Essentials, Norton, etc...
