the IP, subnet and gateway is ok i changed the devlink to disabled and the problems persist, can download TU and covers, the problem is linking to JQE...... and the weather the same, can't access

first sorry for my bad english, he he i tried to connect to link but always says "FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER" cant update FSD eigther my oficial dash is 16547 and FSD is 3.00 i modified the launch.ini devlink=activated liveblock= deactivated please help cant resist longer
