i found the solution. register the live.com mailbox to recive the autentication email.

i got the same problem ,and i check spam folder, no email Moderators Swizzy say " There appears to be a slight malfunction in the new server, just wait and you'll recieve an e-mail, there was a guy with the same problem a couple of days ago and it showed up shortly after he posted... " so i'm just waiting ...
