This is kinda what I wanna ask too. I only play on system link and not live. Just today, I saw something different on the custom class menu. There are options for the personalization where you can put emblems and stuff. But I'm not sure if its been there before. Its locked though it says "prestige 0 required" or something. What makes me curious is how those options appeared all of a sudden? Does the game autommatically updates for new features?

I was editing my loadout on bo2 then saw there's extra options on the personalization which I'm not sure if its been there before or it just appeared now. My question is, why did that suddenly appear? Does fsd automatically updates bo2? I was thinking maybe there's a bo2 update I don't know of.

Is this just the same with FSD? Functionality-wise? Or is it just the look?

Had problemsw with connecting my account but now, i just changed my password and thats it! My account is now connected. 

yah same here all updated to 16547 FSD 775 DL 3.12 ports fine. tryed reseting password and api key still user name fail

Is your xbox not connecting to jqe360 too? Mine is failed. but checking the site, there are lots of people on system link right now so im guessing only  a few people has this problem. Maybe because im not on the latest dashboard?

But why is there no total users online count like on the old site? cause i always visit the site to check if there are a lot of people first before playing. And would be nice to have the list sorted to descending order of how many people are playing on each game. 

edit: wait never mind. I just saw the sort feature just now! my apolgies. 

edit: but i still dont see the total users online on the whole system link though. only on individual games.

edit: i just tested it on my 360 and ports are failed and the jqe autherntication is failed too.

Thats weird. Well maybe its a router issue. Is the system link button greyed out or you can join a room?

Have you tried opening a game and try if you can join a game room? Cause mine is exactly like that.. Upnp router isnt found but everything passed and I can playon System Link.

Some games require the update to be stored @ hdd1:\Content\0000...00\*TitleID*\00..002\tu_...

others @ hdd1:\Cache\TU_....

I only used the fsd tu manager. not the manual method. The manual method i do is using horizon and just plugging it in my xbox.

Also, some games are also hard to update the title. like Saints row 4. But when i apply the newest tu, it starts up, but it just recognizes as tu 0 by system link

I activated the latest title update for Left 4 Dead 2 but when i start it, it just restarts FSD. 

Is it because im not on the latest dashboard? im only on 16547.

Also, on Black Ops 2, i can easily updated to the latest with no FSD restarts and all.

Was that a game message or a console message?

There are many ways to lost connection on LiNK. I think you simply lost connection for some reason. Did you see exactly the message "you were kick from the game"? And you can't connect anymore? I dont think so.... KICK BUTTON DOESNT WORKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Yeah. the message says "you are banned for the game session". i even took a picture of it. lol cause i didnt even do anything. Im not even that good. in fact i was doing poorly.

Never encountered cheaters before. Maybe im not even aware that theyre cheating. Anyway, i got kicked this one time and i didnt even do an cheating. So i thought theres a new kick function on link.

XM360 is a tool you run on the console to unlock DLC/XBLA and/or manage TU's

Horizon might be patching this for you (doubt it, but it's possible) or the files you grabbed are pre-patched (unlocked)

It worked flawlessly without using XM360 on me. 

Wait a sec, it unlocks dlc? Maybe thats why the nuketown map aint working on me. Cause i just put it on horizon. (but on other games, its easy to put dlc by using my method without xm360)

Are you sure? Cause just now i updated via FSD TU manager and failed. 

And the one i downlaoded from marketplace also doesnt work too. 

Wait, what is XM360?

Cause I just drag the TU to horizon with my usb plugged in then put it on the xbox then i immediately see it on the FSD manager. 

God please i hope this works cause EVERYONE is on TU18 now!

Ive checked another source and its till not working.  But i tried another game dlc, like in saints row 4. I had no problem transferring it. And that game isnt even in the latest TU.

Generally speaking, if a new game (or a new game update) don't work, you need to update the kernel, other then that it's not really needed to have the latest version

This is what i wanna know. Since I wanna play Watch Dogs. Im afraid it wont work but do you think that requires updating?

Also, does system link and title updates require updating too? 

Cause lately, i cant pass the ports on my system link. Also its hard to update my titles.

But I checked that i am in 16537 dashboard which was the update on Aug 2013. And the latest one was on Apr 2014. And on the whole month of april and may, i had no problems.

Ive posted here about downloading latest TU and it didnt work for me. And someone said i should be on the latest dash/kernel which i thought was the FSD (cause im on the latest fsd i think) but turns out kernel is the original dashboard. (am i correct?)

So is it important to update it? If i wanna play newly released games and update titles, i should have the latest kernel? 

Is there a newly released kernel? Cause few months ago, i can successfully title update Black ops 2. And now i cant. Im thinking maybe just a few weeks ago, theres a new kernel released. 

I'm on 17 too. Maps should all show up with TU 17. Not sure what the problem is.

Oh so i can still transfer maps even im only on 17? (cause i have a problem updating to 18 for some reason)

Or maybe the source where i downloaded the map is corrupted? Where do you download your maps? I just want nuketwn 2025.

Or maybe i dont know where to activate it on the game. Is it in the standard maps when i create a game on the lobby?

Ok i tried a different source for the dlc and its still the same. No new map on the game.

Sorry to butt in but.. Is this about the latest tu for black ops 2? Tu 18? Cause I just downloaded it on fsd thenn activated it but it just show the tu on system link to 0.

Should be exactly the same process for CoD. That's how I transfer all my CoD maps. Make sure you have the latest TU installed once you've transferred the maps over.

OH thats why. I dont have the latest tu. im on 17. I dont wanna update yet cause users on link are mostly is on 17 still. 

Can i update the tu, install maps, then go back to 17? I just want the nuketown map to be honest.
