Hello. Please forgive my basic questions here. I'm currently running my 360 with FSD version 3.0b Rev 402 and kernal version 2.0 16202.0. All programs are running fine from my external HDD. The only thing that has never worked since I received my system is the weather never populates. No major deal though. Should I update my kernal version? If so, how can I go about doing this?
