On which game do you want to use link? Because it could be that the game you are using doesn't have link option.

Check ports on router. Maybe it's a problem of NAT.

You can't play it. Both Xbox 360 and PS3 version don't have this feature at the moment. Maybe with an update, but i'm not sure.
