  1. HI, i'm on 16747 and I get a non-supported kernel error, why is that?

You shouldn't see that on a normal JTAG/RGH console.

This version of DashLaunch was designed to be compatible with kernel version 16747.

DashLaunch won't work on a dev kit, so if you are using a dev kit with 16747, that's why you are getting an error.

  2. So LT3.0 flash is must for old retail Console for playing original xgd3 disc..right ???,,oops before I was thinking lt flash is used for only pirated games

    Older iXtreme/LT firmware won't boot XGD3 discs.

I know plenty a few people who use LT firmware to play legal backups (they make 0800 rips and patch them with ABGX).

  3. Now a days LT flash is waste of time and money

Xgd3 burning process is different so you need to buy special drives and high quality disc though you may get unreadable disc error

    So I would recommend

Try to mod Rgh or jtag or rjtag it's depends on your Console

    Rgh/jtag features:

You can use upto 2tp HDD

You can watch hd movies via xm player app

You can play online systemlink games,

You can use dlc,tu, custom dash(fsd/aurora),homebrew apps

Now your Console is region free

What if he wants to play on XBOX Live with his legal backups?

  4. An XBOX 360 DVD-ROM reads at 12x speed as far as I know, but older firmwares had the option to change the read speed (ix1.6 - ix1.61 if I recall).

However, an older firmware will not boot XGD3 originals or backups, so this isn't really an option.

A hard drive will have much quicker load times than reading from a disc and since you have an RGH console, you have the option to install games to a hard drive and play without the discs.

  5. Blacky, dual nand is safe for Xbox live??

Sent from my ST23i using Tapatalk

Yes, as long as you don't attempt to launch any homebrew on the XBL (retail) NAND.

Installing a dual NAND device gives your console an additional NAND (ergo "dual NAND"), so the retail side remains stock and the second NAND would contain the glitch image.

  6. had issues with this too after xblse baaned my console, i took it off, when i did the system kept crashin, i updated it again an i went 374, but can go xell, not really happy cause the start of this it was the xblse, my bad really should never of done it, what can i do is this the same as everyone else, an should i jus get another xbox an jus jtag it

    Software did not cause E74.

As I explained above, E74 is a hardware error (XeLL still boots because it uses minimal GPU resources).

  7. I found that the best way to learn coding is to look at source code samples, read books and watch videos.

I have been learning C# for about a year now and with the help and advice from the web and a very talented coder on here (Swizzy), I can now write my own applications, comment code, debug, etc.

Gavin hit the nail on the head - you should decide which path(s) you want to take and focus primarily on those courses.

Some IT companies will give you "on the job" training as an apprentice (I started out as an apprentice IT Engineer a few months ago and I am currently working on CCNA and MCSE), so it might be worth contacting a few local IT companies to see what they can offer you.

  8. OK thanks for the info I did not know that GOD ment Game on Demand, now I know, so how do i use that to help me with Forza 4

The Content folder on partition 3 contains things like GOD content, DLC and title updates.

If a games requires an installation (GTA V for example), you must take the installation content from the disc and put it in the Content folder on partition 3.

Some games might come with optional HD textures which go in the same place on the hard drive.
