Can someone bring this patch unofficially someday?

Well, they could try to do something to bring the title update 3 to diablo 3 reaper of souls, I talked to some guys and they said it was possible but it's very difficult to bring this unofficially, if the administrators could do it, an update with bigger cracks would be incredible, It wouldn't need to be the last update, at least the days with bigger cracks would already be a good size.
