Tried reflashing xell and I resoldered the SMC/PLL jumpers with new wires. No change

Did I wire something up wrong? Not seeing rrod just no signal. Resistance check shows the wires are connected to the points. Using 1k resistor on PLL Selected glitch2 and RGH3 in jrunner
