puting the fan speed on 100% could damage my xbox? anyway i set the % on 85 and i will update you when a game got stuck

so i got my xbox RGHed a week ago and now after a while of playing the game got stuck and i have to reboot i dont know if the place that hacked my xbox did something wrong or its becuz my xbox temperature my xbox is something like 3-4 years old jasper after idle 10 min the temperatures are : CPU-58C GPU-69C MEM-78C CASE-36C after i play 1 hour is pretty much the same what the problem could be? the xbox or something in the RGH ? sorry for the bad english and thanks

if i change back the settings of my ip in my xbox to automatic so i can download covers again

after i did as you say my xbox didnt have internet at all pliz help me

so i want to play in link but i have a problem first, i shared my pc (that surfing on my home wifi) internet with my xbox by connecting a internet cable between them. but now that i open ports for LiNK, in the test its always fails in the ports i have watched couple of tutorials in youtube but after that i open the ports i need to add them to the firewall rule in that step i stuck i don't know what address to put here : http://i.imgur.com/hOgSVBJ.png when i put the ip of my xbox that place in the left corner on fsd i get that error : http://i.imgur.com/1VasQk4.png here is the ports that i have opened : http://i.imgur.com/pesH7Ie.png pliz help me and sorry for the bad english
