Ok,i got a xbox 360 av cable,i finally made it in console settings where i can change the resolution,but it dosen't let me in "hdtv" option....what do i do :/

I have a black screen :)))),i dont know what to do

Hmmm,i really dont know,but i remember to change it in F...it was 2 years ago..soo...idk,if you have any ideas

If anyone could help me i would be greatfull: I have a freestyle dashboard 3 modded xbox 360 and set the resolution too high,how can i reset it? I find only non-modded xboxes solutions! If any one could tell me the "way" to the resolution settings. Thanks.
