Finally I am able to get it work even without the original disc. After I update my RGH Xbox to dashboard version 16203, it able to detect the base and the quarter rings does not light up for the base. So it is confirmed dashboard 15574 doesn't work for Infinity base but 16203 works.

Is that ok to install the latest system update for hacked Xbox?

Yes, I am using Xbox version Infinity Base but I don't think that matter, it supposed to be compatible with all platforms. I tried using the downloaded game and also the xbox original disc also the same. Missing Disney Infinity Base.

I have similar problem. Xbox don't recognize the base but it did detected as one of the controller where one of the quarter rings lights up. I even tried to load the game from Xbox menu, the result is the same. Do we need to do any update to get the base working?
