outofwork 2 Posted December 17, 2012 I just bought, for $20 from Best Buy (a one day sale), the Microsoft Wireless Speed Wheel that sells for $60 in the Microsoft store. I know it's kind of hokey but for $20 I figured that I would give it a shot. The question is the "Wireless Speed Wheel Software Disc" that came with it. Of course I did not install the software as it instructed me to do but I just tried the Speed Wheel. It seems to work okay but I am wondering what is really on the disc and is it necessary for some of the functions to operate correctly? I am getting force feedback and it seems to work okay. Does anyone know what is on the disc (hardware/software drivers?) and would I have wiped out anything for FSD if I had installed it?
