Achievement popup/toast not appearing.

Hi, I have Dashlaunch and FSD installed with default settings. I noticed that while playing games, i'm not getting the popup/toast when unlocking achievements.

I am still being awarded the achievements, just not being notified when they are obtained. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips on how to correct this?
