It sounds like you may have an issue with CPU_RST.

i am from egypt and i take the xbox360 to eng to do rgh for me and i open the xbox360 and all the wired are solid good

how can i fix it

Does the console boot sometimes, but not others or does it just refuse to boot at all?

i will Explain about the porblem

when i turn on my xbox360 it will take about maximum 1 or 2 minuts to boot and show xbox360 logo in tv

but some times the matrix glitsh finisghed glithcher and stop flash the blue light but the xbox360 wont work and i cant see xbox360 logo (blank screen)

but when i restart the console it may be work

i have xbox360 slim trintyrgh with matrix glitchwhen i turn on the console the matrix glitch flashed blue light and when stop the console wont turn on and blank screen====================but when i restart the xbox it may be turn on===================this problem normaly for all rgh or not
