i fix that with top right button in Autogg (Update Avatar) now both avatar and kinect works

You need to run the Official update of the same version you've got on your console from a USB drive to install the Avatar/Kinect files...

but i have two problem

1- when i turn on console, I have an error for kinect update and kinect not working

2- my avatar not working i have a ghost avatar !!!
